Open Register from the home page, complete the form, and submit. Many studios require administrator approval before you can sign in. If login fails right after registering, wait for approval or contact your administrator with the email you used.

Use the password reset or change-password flow linked from the sign-in page (your studio may label it differently). If your organization disables self-service reset, contact your administrator so they can send you a new invitation or reset link.

When a quiz is assigned, open it from My learning. Some quizzes use a timer per question or for the whole attempt — read the banner on the quiz page. Submit on the last question before time runs out. Your score may be visible immediately or only after your instructor announces results, depending on studio settings.

Many programs hide detailed review until results are announced. Once announced, open the quiz review link from your dashboard to see each question, your answer, the correct answer, and any explanation your instructor provided.

If your studio enables certificates, a passing attempt may generate a participation PDF after your administrator processes results. Download links typically appear on your dashboard only when results are announced and visibility is turned on for you.

We follow standard practices for authentication, HTTPS transport, and database-backed storage. Only your organization administrators can access administrative tools. For program-specific privacy questions, ask your administrator for their data retention and policy statement.

Retakes depend on your studio. Some assignments allow multiple attempts; others are one-time. Check My learning for a new assignment row or ask your administrator whether a repeat attempt was opened for you.
